Background

This database is a joint project of the Open Regional Fund for South-East Europe - Legal Reform (GIZ ORF LR) of the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit (GIZ) GmbH and the Regional Cooperation Council (RCC) which was developed in accordance with the agreement reached with Western Balkans Judicial Training Institutions (WB JTIs);

• It will provide the opportunity for experts from different economies in the region to be shared between WB JTIs, based on their field of expertise and depending on specific training needs of WB JTIs;
• The database will contain information on the expertise of legal experts in the region who can provide training on various topics and their contact information;
• Exchanges of legal and judicial experts can lead to exchanges of best practices, expertise and knowledge, efficient use of resources and to a stronger feeling of belonging to a common judicial culture;
